As a Product Engineer at DQC, you won't just build the platform; you will pioneer the agentic workflows that build the platform itself.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary interface between product vision and technical execution, translating customer needs into agentic system designs.

• Drive Agentic Workflows: Lead our transition toward an automated "spec -> code" development cycle using advanced AI coding agents.

• Own the Outcome: Own the full lifecycle of feature development, focusing on the "Why" and "What" as much as the "How."

• Architect Intelligence: Design and maintain backend systems that empower LLMs to perform complex data quality and improvement tasks autonomously.

• Are an AI Native: You don't just use LLMs; you are actively exploring the frontier of agentic workflows and automated software engineering.

• Communicate with Precision: You can explain complex technical trade-offs to stakeholders and write "prompt-ready" specifications.

You should apply if you have:

• 5+ years of professional experience delivering production-grade systems, with a strong emphasis on product-led development.

• Technical Roots: experience with technical specs (you must be able to "speak" the specs, even as agents write the code).

• Agentic Expertise: Proven experience using and advancing agentic workflows (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, or custom agent frameworks) in a professional or intensive personal capacity.

• Data Fluency: Strong experience with databases/data-warehouses or core data systems and the ability to navigate modern data stacks.

• Decision-Making Mojo: A track record of making high-stakes product decisions that balance immediate product needs with long-term scalability.

• Fluent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Requirement: A valid EU work permit.
